Training & Implementation
Our experience working with small firms has revealed the most effective and least cost-prohibitive method of training through the use of online group training classes. You will experience training alongside an audience of your peers who most likely have a lot of the same questions and operating procedures as you have in your firm.
Training occurs for 2-3 hours per week, for 6 weeks. The first few training sessions walk you through configuring Doc.It to work within your firm. It is this customization that makes the software most effective for your environment and staff. The final training session includes a full day of staff training. Our training team shares industry best practices to ensure your processes are as efficient as possible when working in Doc.It.
Doc.It can be installed on-premise or hosted by a third party. A SaaS version of Doc.It designed for Microsoft Azure Cloud Services is planned for release in 2019. We will continue to innovate, invest in and support both our on-premise and cloud versions.

Do you have a trial version?
No we do not offer a trial version. Doc.It is customized for your firms needs and we advise training before using it. We can arrange a live demo or discuss trials further under special circumstances, please contact [email protected]
Will Doc.It work with my other software programs?
The general answer to this question is yes. Our clients use accounting, tax, time and billing, bookkeeping and other types of software from all vendors in the channel. What happens if I’m currently using a document storage/management software?
